i’m actually very excited, except it doesn’t open until six, and there are probably more people there than would be there if the pope were visiting.

i got to work on time this morning, which is very exciting. i ran into matt finn in dunkin’ donuts on my way into the office, but he had to go run to his callback for the new pre-broadway tryout cast of “newsies.”

on my way to the walker building from the dunk, i had the pleasure of walking behind a pair of white pantyhose that housed the most pronounced varicose veins i have ever seen in real life.

at work today, i will be doing bunches of too fabulous stuff.

then, jeremy and i are seeing “the history boys” at speakeasy. it will be fabulous, it’s gotten great reviews and speakeasy is just fantastic.

lyric announced its season for next year and i am SO excited about “follies” (how the HELL are they doing that in that space?) and grey gardens (i wonder who will play little edie? AND who will direct??)

in other news, i have in my hand (in the photo above) my ticket to the EVVY awards. yeah, that thing that i’m going to next friday evening. that i’m nominated for. WHAT IS MY LIFE?

in other other news, hopefully very soon i’m going to be able to give you a peek at what next year’s MAP boston planner looks like! once it gets posted on the MAP boston website (which i assume will be sometime in the near future) i will link y’alls there so you can marvel at my opus!

in other other other news, my birthday is two weeks away! WHAT? when the hell did i get this old? i feel super old…like, not JEREMY old, but old nonetheless. what is going on for my birthday, you might ask? WELL, details are not all ironed out yet like i’d hope they might be, but plans definitely will be including the encore to go see colleen talk about her vagina and sing showtunes, and perhaps a visit to someplace else? what can i do that’s low key on a saturday evening with, say, 12-15 people? thoughts? suggestions? (perhaps i should consult my MAP boston planner and get back to y’alls. product placement much?)

in other other …. oh screw it …. additionally, tuesday morning at 11:00, i officially finished my third year of emerson college (operating under the assumption that i passed all of my classes, that is). it feels SO good. SO GOOD. like CELINE would say.

i have two nominations in the “outstanding interactive new media” category for the emerson college bfa musical theatre showcase website and the too fabulous for words website.
